The presidential statement highlights that OpenAI and the Argentine company Sur Energy signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to develop a large-scale data center, with an estimated capacity of 500MV and an investment of up to $25.000 million dollars, under the framework of the RIGI (Incentive Regime for Large Investments).
